DESCRIPTION: Heavy-duty roller frame for use with all 9 in. standard core roller covers. Five wire cage with plastic end caps. Threaded comfort grip plastic handle with metal ferrule for additional strength when adding extension poles.

DESCRIPTION: Product No. 295-G STAIN SHIELD is a light gray, highly elastomeric asphalt stain shield and fabric saturant with excellent adhesion to new and existing asphalt roof systems; granulated modified bitumen; SPF (uncoated and acrylic coated); and metal. Product No. 295-G STAIN SHIELD is excellent for liquid applied polyester fabric overlay systems and should be used as a base coat, not being left exposed to the suns UV rays for extended periods of time.

USES: Product No. 295-G STAIN SHIELD is to be used as a base coat primer over asphalt, tar, hot-applied built-up roofing, granulated cap sheet, steel, and aluminum roofing substrates. Product No. 295-G STAIN SHIELD can also be used as a fabric saturant when installing a fabric overlay system.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Roof substrates must be clean, dry, free of all debris, and any contaminates which would impede proper adhesion. A pressure wash is recommended, if a pressure washer is not available a cleaning agent should be used in conjunction with hose and broom washing. In addition to pressure washing, a wire brush should be used to remove any surface rust on metal roofing systems. Metal panels where the structural integrity has been compromised should be removed and replaced with like panels. A bleach and water solution (1 part bleach to 2 parts water) should be used to treat any roof areas that have mildew or algae. All roof surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry completely prior to application of any Tucson Rubberized Coatings restoration products.

APPLICATION: Proper protective clothing and PPE should be worn when applying products. It is normal to see a small amount of separation when first opening a pail. If necessary, gently mix the product with a roller frame or paddle mixer, being careful to not introduce air into the product during mixing. Product can be applied by roller (3/4 - 1 1/4" nap), brush, and spray equipment capable of 2000 - 3000 PSI and 1 - 3 GPM of output. For best results when spraying, an 8-31 - 8-41 reversible spray is recommended. Do not dilute product. Tucson Rubberized Coatings Products should not be applied when freezing temperatures or rain is expected within 24 hours of completed application. During application, roof surface temperatures should be between 40 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit, with no moisture present.

RECOMMENDED COVERAGE RATES (completed in 2 coats): Product should be applied at a minimum rate of 1 -1.5 gallons per 100 square feet of roof surface, per coat. When used as a fabric saturant, Product No. 295-G STAIN SHIELD should completely saturate the fabric by embedding the fabric between two coats at a minimum of 1 - 1.5 gal per 100 square feet per coat. Coverage rates will depend on the porosity of the roofing substrate.

DO NOT APPLY TO ANY SURFACES THAT CONTAIN SILICONE.

STORAGE: Product should be stored in a clean and dry area, away from direct sunlight and protected from freezing.

CLEAN-UP: Clean brushes, tools, and other equipment with warm soapy water immediately after use. Dried film may require paint remover.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: Bleed-Blocking Primer and Fabric Saturant

PRODUCT NO. 10000 PRO-COAT resists cracking, peeling, and mildew while providing excellent protection against extreme weather. USES. PRODUCT NO. 10000 PRO-COAT can be used over spray polyurethane foam, asphalt, tar, hot-applied built-up roofing, granulated cap sheet, and metal roofing systems. PRODUCT NO. 10000 PROCOAT can be directly applied over most previously coated roof surfaces. PRODUCT NO. 10000 PRO-COAT should not be applied over 100% silicone. When applying over asphalt based substrates, aluminum roof coating, TPO, or EPDM follow surface preparation instructions below. SURFACE PREPARATION. Roof substrates must be clean, dry, free of all debris, and any contaminants which would impede proper adhesion. All roof surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry completely prior to application of any Tucson Rubberized Coatings products. When applying PRODUCT NO. 10000 PRO-COAT over asphalt based substrates, once coat of PRODUCT NO. 295-G STAIN SHIELD is recommended to avoid bleed-through. Over aluminum roof coating, one coat of PRODUCT NO. 295-G STAIN SHIELD or PRODUCT NO. 297-X X-TREME must be applied prior to the application of PRODUCT NO. 10000 PRO-COAT. All large cracks and seams should be repaired by embedding one layer of polyester fabric between two layers of PRODUCT NO. 502 ACRYLIC MASTIC or PRODUCT NO. 510 ACRYLIC MASTIC prior to application of PRODUCT NO. 10000 PRO-COAT. To achieve proper adhesion over TPO, PVC, or EPDM, one coat of 297-X X-TREME should be applied prior to any Tucson Rubberized Coatings repair or top coat products. APPLICATION. Proper protective clothing and PPE should be worn when applying products. Allow 24 to 72 hours depending on weather conditions and applications rate of curing prior to application of second coat. Do not apply unless temperature is 55°F and rising. Do not apply when rain or frost is forecast within 24 hours after application. However, conditions of high humidity will prevent curing in the usual four hours. Avoid heavy foot traffic. DO NOT APPLY TO ANY SURFACES THAT CONTAIN SILICONE. CLEAN-UP. Clean brushes, tools and other equipment with warm soapy water immediately after use. Dried film may require paint remover.

DESCRIPTION. Dura-Coat Roof Coating is an ultra-white 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating. This premium grade coating is designed for maximum protection against sun and weather. Its bright finish enables it to reflect the sun’s heat and harmful UV rays. This acrylic topcoat product forms a thick, rubber-like shield that expands and contracts over 300% to prevent roof damage. It resists cracking, peeling, and mildew while offering unbeatable weatherproof protection and excellent resistance to lifting under ponding water conditions.

USES. Dura-Coat Roof Coating can be used over mineral surface roofing, aged aluminum, tar, asphalt, or hot-applied built-up roofing after application of PRODUCT NO. 210 emulsion. All large cracks and seams should be reinforced with woven polyester fabric embedded into PRODUCT NO. 210. (on EPDM roofs, embed membrane over any large crack or seams into PRODUCT NO. 6000). This product can be directly applied over most previously white-coated sound roof surfaces. This acrylic topcoat is highly recommended for EPDM roofs or areas subject to unusually severe moisture conditions such as valleys, around roof drains, low spots or in any area where water is expected to be trapped on a roof.

SURFACE PREPARATION. All surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, loose granules, gravel or peeling paint and all other foreign matter. Rusty metal must be cleaned with a wire brush and primed with PRODUCT NO. 101 Asphalt primer prior to application of PRODUCT NO. 210 emulsion and PRODUCT NO. 6000 Dura-Coat Roof Coating. Polyurethane Foam Roofs: Prime surface with PRODUCT NO. 295 surface conditioner prior to application of PRODUCT NO. 6000. Pressure washing surfaces is recommended for best results. Surfaces with any mildew growth or stains should be cleaned with a bleach solution (2 parts water to one part bleach) prior to applying this product. Be certain all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed and dry prior to coating application.

APPLICATION. Material should be stirred in the container and applied by a soft bristle brush or broom, a long nap roller or suitable spray equipment (minimum working pressure of 3000 PSI for airless sprayer). Coverage rates will vary depending on porosity of surface as well as roof pitch. Recommended application is two coats applied at right angles to previous coat by brush, roller or spray for maximum reflectivity, durability and life cycles. First coat must dry before second coat is applied. During application, keep tools clean and free from coating build up by rinsing frequently with water. Adequate protection for most surfaces is obtained by the use of two gallons of Dura-Coat Roof Coating per 100 sq. ft. applied in two coats.

Allow 24 to 72 hours depending on weather conditions and applications rate of curing prior to application of second coat. Do not apply unless temperature is 55°F and rising. Do not apply when rain or frost is forecast within 24 hours after application. Conditions of high humidity will prevent curing in the usual four hours. Avoid heavy foot traffic.
