DESCRIPTION. PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC is an elastomeric premium quality white sealing compound designed for use in the waterproofing of roof flashings. PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC is reinforced with polyester fibers for maximum strength and durability while remaining flexible.

USES. PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC can be used as a patching compound or flashing mastic for sealing around roof penetrations, pipes, skylights, ductwork, or filling gaps in parapet walls with excellent adhesion to most roofing substrates. PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC can also be used in conjunction with a polyester fabric for added strength around penetrations, drains, scuppers, and skylights.

SURFACE PREPARATION. Roof substrates must be clean, dry, free of all debris, and any contaminates which would impede proper adhesion. A pressure wash is recommended, if a pressure washer is not available a cleaning agent should be used in conjunction with hose and broom washing. In addition to pressure washing, a wire brush should be used to remove any surface rust on metal roofing systems. Metal panels where the structural integrity has been compromised should be removed and replaced with like panels. Over aluminum roof coating, apply one coat of PRODUCT NO. 295-G STAIN SHIELD or PRODUCT NO. 297-X XTREME prior to the application of PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC. Over TPO, EPDM, and PVC apply one coat of PRODUCT NO. 297-X X-TREME prior to the application of PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC. A bleach and water solution (1 part bleach to 2 parts water) should be used to treat any roof areas that have mildew or algae. All roof surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry completely prior to application of any Tucson Rubberized Coatings restoration products.

APPLICATION. Proper protective clothing and PPE should be worn when applying products. It is normal to see a small amount of separation when first opening a pail. If necessary, gently mix the product with a trowel or paddle mixer, being careful to not introduce air into the product during mixing. PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC can be applied with a stiff paint brush or trowel in conjunction with a polyester fabric for reinforcement. Do not dilute product. While PRODUCT NO. 510 REINFORCED ACRYLIC MASTIC is white and UV stable, to extend its life it is recommended that it be coated by one of Tucson Rubberized Coatings topcoats. Tucson Rubberized Coatings Products should not be applied when freezing temperatures or rain is expected within 24 hours of completed application. During application, roof surface temperatures should be between 40 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit, with no moisture present.

DO NOT APPLY TO ANY SURFACES THAT CONTAIN SILICONE.

CLEAN-UP. Clean brushes, tools, and other equipment with warm soapy water immediately after use. Dried film may require paint remover.

DESCRIPTION. PRODUCT NO. 600-T creates a thick rubber-like shield of protection which is highly resistant to cracking or chipping. This rubberized stucco product also contains bonding agents which give it excellent adhesion and ceramics for insulating properties.

USES. This rubberized stucco product is excellent for use as a complete interior or exterior wall finish, as well as for repairing existing walls. It is paintable, or you may also have it pre-tinted to a color of your choice to eliminate expensive repainting. PRODUCT NO. 600-T can be applied in various types of finishes and is ideal for beautifying virtually any surface, such as existing stucco, masonry, block, brick, metal, plywood, OSB, or wood siding.

SURFACE PREPARATION. All surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, loose granules, or peeling paint and all other foreign matter. You can use wire brushing, sanding, or power washing in order to prepare the surface. All cracks, joints, or uneven surfaces should be filled with PRODUCT NO. 501-W-P Patching Compound or PRODUCT NO. 400 Smooth Base Coat can be applied prior to applying PRODUCT NO. 600-T for filling hairline cracks, waterproofing, and providing additional insulation.

APPLICATION. Power mix product to an even mixture, then apply to surface with a stiff brush, roller, trowel, or hopper gun depending on the desired surface. Keep the brush or roller moist for easy application. If you want a thinner texture, then reduce viscosity with PRODUCT NO. 290 Surface Bonder. Apply PRODUCT NO. 600-T at a rate of 5-8 gallons per 100 sq. ft., depending on the desired thickness and finish. This product should not be applied when rain or frost is forecasted within 24 hours. Apply only when the temperature is 55 degrees and rising.

DESCRIPTION. Ultimate RV Roof Coating from Tucson Rubberized Coatings is an ultra-white 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating. This premium grade coating is designed for maximum protection against sun and weather. Its bright finish enables it to reject the sun’s heat and harmful UV rays. This product forms a thick, rubber-like shield that expands and contracts over 400% to prevent roof damage. It resists cracking, peeling, and mildew while offering unbeatable weatherproof protection and excellent resistance to lifting under ponding water conditions.

USES. Ultimate RV Roof Coating can be used over mineral surface roofing, aged aluminum, tar, asphalt, or hot-applied built-up roofing after application of PRODUCT NO. 210 emulsion. All large cracks and seams should be reinforced with woven polyester fabric embedded into PRODUCT NO. 210. (on EPDM or TPO roofs, embed membrane over any large crack or seams into PRODUCT NO. 700). This product can be directly applied over most previously white-coated sound roof surfaces. PRODUCT NO. 700 is highly recommended for EPDM or TPO roofs or areas subject to unusually severe moisture conditions such as valleys, around roof drains, low spots or in any area where water is expected to be trapped on a roof.

SURFACE PREPARATION. All surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, loose granules, gravel or peeling paint and all other foreign matter. Rusty metal must be cleaned with a wire brush and primed with PRODUCT NO. 101 Asphalt primer prior to application of PRODUCT NO. 210 emulsion and PRODUCT NO. 700 Ultimate RV Roof Coating. Polyurethane Foam Roofs: Must be dry and clean of debris before application. Pressure washing surfaces is recommended in order to ensure the best results. Surfaces with any mildew growth or stains should be cleaned with a bleach solution (2 parts water to one part bleach) prior to applying this product. Be certain all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed and dry prior to coating application.

APPLICATION: Material should be stirred in the container and applied by a soft bristle brush or broom, a long nap roller or suitable spray equipment (minimum working pressure of 3000 PSI for airless sprayer). Coverage rates will vary depending on porosity of surface as well as roof pitch. Recommended application is two coats applied at right angles to previous coat by brush, roller or spray for maximum reflectivity, durability and life cycles. First coat must dry before second coat is applied.

During application, keep tools clean and free from coating build up by rinsing frequently with water. Adequate protection for most surfaces is obtained by the use of two gallons of Ultimate Ultimate RV Roof Coating per 100 sq. ft. applied in two coats. Allow 24 to 72 hours depending on weather conditions and applications rate of curing prior to application of second coat. Do not apply unless temperature is 55°F and rising. Do not apply when rain or frost is forecast within 24 hours after application. Conditions of high humidity will prevent curing in the usual four hours. Avoid heavy foot traffic.
