DESCRIPTION: Rubberized Wall Coating creates a thick rubber-like shield of protection which is highly resistant to cracking and chipping. Rubberized Wall Coating also contains bonding agents which give it excellent adhesion and ceramics for insulating properties. This product, when properly applied, is backed by a 15-year manufacturer's warranty. (See store for details)
USES: Rubberized Wall Coating is excellent for use as a complete interior or exterior wall finish or for repairing existing walls. It is paintable or you may have it pre-tinted to a color of our choice to eliminate expensive repainting. Rubberized Wall Coating can be applied in various types of finishes and is ideal for beautifying virtually any surface. (Existing stucco, masonry, block, brick, metal, plywood, OSB, or wood siding)
SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, loose granules or peeling paint and all other foreign matter. Surfaces should be prepared by either wire brushing, sanding or power washing. All cracks, joints or uneven surfaces should be filled with either #501-W Elasto-Patch or #400 Smooth Base Coat can be applied prior to application of the Rubberized Stucco for Filling hairline cracks, waterproofing and providing additional insulation.
APPLICATION: Power Mix product to an even mixture. Apply to surface with a stiff brush, roller, trowel, or hopper gun depending on desired surface. Keep the brush or roller moist for easy application. If a thinner texture is desired, reduce viscosity with #290 Surface Bonder. Apply at a rate of 5-8 gallons per 100 sp. Ft. depending on desired, thickness and finish. This product should not be applied when rain or frost is forecast within 24 hours. Apply only when the temperature is 55 degrees and rising KEEP PRODUCT FROM FREEZING
CLEAN-UP: Clean brushes, tools and other equipment with soapy water immediately after use. Dried film may require paint remover.
